Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies that promote our properties, engage our audience, and drive leads. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and real estate trends to increase brand awareness, enhance client engagement, and support sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy Development: Create and implement effective social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility.
Content Creation and Management: Develop, curate, and manage engaging content, including photos, videos, infographics, and blogs, tailored to the real estate audience and aligned with the company\'s brand voice.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor paid social media campaigns (e.g., property listings, virtual tours, real estate trends) to maximize ROI and generate quality leads for the sales team.
Community Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media channels in a timely and professional manner to build and nurture relationships with prospects and clients.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on key social media metrics, campaign performance, and audience engagement using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and third-party software to refine strategies.
Market and Competitor Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate and social media trends, platforms, and technologies, as well as competitor strategies, to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and property teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals, property launches, and promotions.
Influencer and Partnership Outreach: Identify and build relationships with real estate influencers, bloggers, and industry professionals to amplify the company's social media presence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
4 to 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Proven track record of running successful social media campaigns that generate leads and increase engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling in the real estate space.
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and basic web design principles is a plus.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
Preferred Skills:
Experience in video marketing and live streaming (e.g., property virtual tours). Knowledge of real estate CRM software and lead management tools.
Understanding of the local real estate market and audience behaviour.
