Job Overview:
We seek an Online Media Relations/Social Media Specialist to drive our brand's online presence and promotional strategies. This role will build and maintain relationships with key online media partners and social media influencers to help drive brand visibility and engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with the SEO and Content teams to develop and execute effective media strategies.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key online media partners, influencers, bloggers, and authors to secure favorable opportunities for our brand.
* Manage all social media channels.
* Create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform, including text, image, and video posts
* Oversee blogging, community development and management, blog commenting, and forum participation.
* Develop and implement competitive research, benchmarking, and audience identification to inform social media strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure media strategies are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
* Provide regular reports on social media and online media performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Analyze social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor\'s Degree/ Master\'s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* 1+ years of experience in media relations or social media marketing
* Strong knowledge of current best practices for social media posting, promotions, and engagement
* Experience in building and maintaining relationships with online media partners, bloggers, and authors
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Basic HTML, Microsoft Office, and Internet search skills
* Experience with business software products is an advantage

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹39,036.08 per month
