Job Summary: We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to develop and execute social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our target audience, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies:
* Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
* Plan and manage social media content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant posts.
* Content Creation and Management:
* Generate creative and compelling content (text, image, video) tailored to each social media platform.
* Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
* Analytics and Reporting:
* Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
* Provide insights and recommendations to optimize social media strategies based on data-driven analysis.
* Community Engagement:
* Build and nurture relationships with followers, influencers, and industry partners.
* Foster a positive online community and enhance user experience.
* Brand Consistency:
* Ensure all social media content aligns with Adhaan Solution\'s brand voice, values, and guidelines.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into the social media strategy.
* Collaboration:
* Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to coordinate social media campaigns and initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader marketing goals.
Qualifications:
* Any Graduate
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with paid social media advertising campaigns.
* Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
* Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
* Experience in the HR or staffing industry.
