We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Campaign Specialist to join our marketing team, with a strong emphasis on paid campaigns and conversion optimisation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing and optimising paid social media campaigns, particularly for the Indian market. Your primary goal will be to drive high-quality traffic and conversions through targeted social media advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Paid Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, focusing on maximising ROI and driving conversions.
* Targeting & Segmentation: Develop detailed audience segments tailored to the Indian market based on demographics, interests, behaviours, and purchase intent.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, content, and development teams to align campaign strategies with overall marketing goals.
* Conversion Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
* A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies to identify the most effective ad creatives, formats, and audience segments.
* Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage advertising budgets to maximise results, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high ROI.
* Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms. Provide regular reports on key metrics, including conversion rates, CPA, and ROI.
* Market Insights: Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in social media advertising, particularly within the Indian market.
Requirements
* Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in social media advertising, with a proven track record of running successful paid campaigns.
* Skills:
* In-depth knowledge of social media advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
* Strong analytical skills with experience in conversion tracking and optimisation.
* Proficiency in A/B testing, audience targeting, and segmentation.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate campaign strategies and results.
* Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Indian market and consumer behaviour.
* Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
