We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to enhance our brand presence and drive online engagement. Key Responsibilities:
* Brand Awareness:
* Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
* Identify trends and insights to optimize digital campaigns for brand visibility.
* Content Creation:
* Write and post engaging articles on websites, blogs, and third-party platforms to build a strong online presence.
* Design visually appealing images and graphics for social media posts using tools like Canva, or other relevant software.
* Collaborate with the team to create consistent branding for all digital assets.
* Social Media Management:
* Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
* Monitor social media channels and engage with the audience to grow followers and increase interaction.
* Schedule posts and maintain a consistent content calendar.
* Email Marketing & Lead Generation:
* Create and manage email marketing campaigns using tools such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, or similar platforms.
* Generate and nurture leads through digital channels, tracking and reporting campaign performance.
* Optimize email content, design, and targeting to boost engagement and conversions.
* Analytics and Reporting:
* Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant tools.
* Provide regular reports on KPIs such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, offering recommendations for improvement.
* Paid Advertising:
* Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to increase reach and conversions.
* Monitor budgets and optimize campaigns to ensure cost-effective results.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
* Strong understanding of SEO principles and website traffic metrics.
* Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, or similar.
* Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, SendGrid).
* Knowledge of social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
* Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.
* Strong writing and communication skills for social media and email copy.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Self-starter with creativity and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
* Experience with video editing software for social media content.
* Understanding of influencer marketing and collaborations.
* Familiarity with CRM tools for lead tracking and management.
