Gamesys11 is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Marketer to join our marketing team.
As a Senior Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our fantasy cricket app during major sporting events like the Cricket World Cup and beyond. Your expertise in digital marketing, data analytics, and creative thinking will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, display networks, and email marketing.
* Lead the development of innovative marketing initiatives to increase user acquisition and drive app installs during key sporting events.
* Analyze user behavior and campaign performance data to optimize marketing strategies and maximize return on investment (ROI).
* Manage and optimize app store listings (Google Play Store and Apple App Store) to enhance visibility and drive organic downloads.
* Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant marketing content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
* Implement A/B testing and other data-driven techniques to continually improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
* Explore and identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with influencers, sports personalities, and relevant brands to increase app visibility.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, user acquisition, and mobile app promotion.
* Monitor and manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and optimal resource allocation.
* Provide regular reports and insights on key performance metrics to the marketing leadership team.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in the gaming or fantasy sports industry.
* In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and SEO/ASO.
* Strong understanding of data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, App Store Analytics) and the ability to derive insights from data to make data-driven decisions.
* Experience with performance marketing and managing CPI-based advertising campaigns.
* Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
* Passion for sports, particularly cricket, and a deep understanding of the gaming and fantasy sports landscape in India.
