Responsibilities
* Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Campaign, marketing database, email, and social media campaigns.
* Monitoring and planning to build the brand\'s presence on social media.
* Ensure timely delivery of content like Blogs, Newsletter, Press releases, Case Studies, etc by coordinating with the content writer & graphic designer
* Identify new growth opportunities in existing sales channels and identify new sales channels (explore new avenues/ growth hacks) to acquire new and engaged users.
* Will be responsible for driving the entire marketing funnel from Acquisition to Retention using various digital marketing channels.
* Develop A/B test plans, measure performance, and refine user acquisition strategy.
* Stay on top of changing trends and strategic priorities through in-depth data analysis to predict user behavior.
* Responsible for On-Page Optimization, Off-Page Optimization, Social Media Optimization, Link Building
* Contribute to SEO strategies and organic growth
* Perform keyword research to optimize existing content, identify target keywords and find new opportunities to increase traffic
* Conduct on-page audits, technical audits, market research, competitor analysis and benchmarking
* Teaming up with the Content Editing and Content Marketing teams in communicating new SEO trends and recommending keywords for content, hence, ensuring that the business\'s pages maintain a high ranking on key search engines and attract as much traffic as possible.
* Understanding of the technical on-page SEO elements, the role of content, and the importance of links, and have vast experience working with standard tools of SEO, for example, Google Analytics
* Excellent communication skills, both in verbal and written form must be proficient in the workings of blog site hosts such as WordPress and web analytics software\'s and platforms such as Google Analytics, Core metrics, Omniture, Majestic, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc
* Hands-On experience in WordPress CRM Conducting on-site and off-site analysis of our SEO competitors.
* Knowledge about Google Tag Manager
* Tag optimization, Content optimization, W3c validation, Image & hyperlink optimization.
* Implementation of on-page factors as Alt Tags, Anchor Tags, Hyperlinks, Page Navigations, Page-size.
* Good knowledge of schema (Implement breadcrumb, review rating, location schema etc.)
Requirements and skills
* Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive
* Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
* Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
* Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
* Skills and experience in creative content writing
* Analytical mindset and critical thinking
