JOB ROLE: Sr ECommerce Specialist
1. Generate Leads and Sales revenue by managing website catalog, product keywords and content on ecommerce platforms including Amazon Seller central, Shopify, Indiamart and more. Uploading and inventory management on all market places.
2. Do market and competetion research, monitor various ecommerce platforms and online competitors
3. Handling Inside Sales, Backend operations for product dispatch, Online Chat, Email and phone support. Coordinate with Operation team for dispatch daily orders of marketplaces/e-commerce websites. Monitoring logistics cases like: COD not ready, Customer is not available, Address not found, Orders cancelled
4. Payment Reconciliation of all marketplace
5. Handling customer queries and orders of IndiaMart.com and online platforms
6. Manage Product photoshoot and Videos
