Role Overview:

The Sr. Marketing Manager will lead our marketing efforts to elevate Kahani\'s brand, drive engagement, and support business growth. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and execution of innovative marketing campaigns both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to boost Kahani\'s brand visibility and market presence.

Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify target audiences, competitors, and emerging trends in the event management industry.

Content Creation: Assist in crafting content for marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, and branding collaterals.

Agency Coordination: Manage relationships with external agencies for social media, content creation, and other marketing activities.

Campaign Management: Support the execution of marketing campaigns, social media advertising, and search engine marketing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design, and operations teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic and ROI, to optimize strategies.

Website Management: Maintain and update the company\'s website and online platforms with current brand information.

Client and Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business development and retention.

Event Planning: Organize and host customer-focused events, such as networking functions and workshops, to foster community engagement.

Social Media: Create and manage engaging social media content to promote Kahani and interact with our audience.

Team Management: Lead and mentor the marketing team, conduct training sessions, and ensure effective execution of marketing plans.

Additional Tasks: Perform any other duties as assigned by top management.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Experience: 5-7 years in marketing, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role.

Skills:

- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
