We are seeking an experienced and strategic SEO Lead to join our digital marketing team. As an SEO Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, increase online visibility, and improve search engine rankings.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute multi-channel SEO strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Conduct in-depth keyword research, technical SEO audits, and competitor analysis.
* Optimize website content, structure, and internal linking to improve crawlability and indexing.
* Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest blogging, and content marketing.
* Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
* Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
* Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content.
* Provide regular SEO reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
* Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists to ensure high-quality work.
* Develop and manage SEO budgets and resources.
* Be able to run social media campaigns.
* Coordination with clients.
* Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
* Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
* Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
* Proficient in SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
* Proficiency in communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
