We are expanding our marketing team and looking for a highly skilled Marketing Specialist who is both tech-savvy and knowledgeable about the latest marketing tools, trends, and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Marketing Automation: Set up, manage, and optimize marketing automation workflows using tools like GHL (GoHighLevel) and other CRM platforms.
* Website Management: Develop, manage, and optimize websites to ensure the best user experience and lead generation using tools such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar.
* Advertising Campaigns: Plan, create, and run effective digital ad campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on driving results.
* Tech-Driven Strategies: Identify and implement the latest marketing technologies to optimize performance, from AI-driven solutions to data-driven insights.
* Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve KPIs.
* SEO & SEM: Work on both organic and paid search strategies to drive relevant traffic and conversions.
* Collaboration: Work closely with sales and content teams to ensure cohesive strategies across all platforms.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in marketing automation, digital advertising, and website management.
* Strong understanding of marketing tools and software such as GHL, Google Analytics, WordPress, etc.
* Experience in setting up and optimizing ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn).
* Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms.
* Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and marketing analytics.
* Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to collaborate across teams.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
