As a Technical Consultant, you will:
* Implement, configure, and migrate data in Marketing Cloud, collaborating on Marketing Cloud Connect and other integrations.
* Lead client discussions, gather requirements, and design solutions in Email Studio and Pardot.
* Develop solutions, particularly in Email Studio and Pardot, for effective customer engagement.
* Analyze and optimize digital marketing metrics, focusing on email marketing and PPC campaigns.
* Proficiently report and analyze email activities using Email Studio reports and Journey Builder, optionally utilizing Data Views and Discover Reports in Analytics Builder.
Skills Required:
* 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
* Expertise in Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Salesforce CRM (Sales & Service Cloud, Communities).
* Proficiency in AMP Script, SQL, HTML, HML, SSJS, and experience with Dataroma, Interaction Studio.
* Marketing Cloud and Pardot Certifications. (Additional certifications such as Google Analytics 360 and PPC Advertising are advantageous.)
* Effective communication to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and client executives.
