Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and topics aligned with our target audience and SEO strategy.
* Craft high-performing content in various formats (blog posts, website copy, social media content, email campaigns, etc.), focusing on user engagement and lead generation.
* Optimize content for search engines (SEO) using relevant keywords, crafting compelling headlines, meta descriptions, and CTAs.
* Write in a clear, concise, and engaging style, ensuring brand voice consistency and adherence to style guides.
* Meticulously edit and proofread all content before publication.
* Collaborate with marketing, design, and other departments to create content aligned with overall marketing goals.
* Analyze content performance metrics (traffic, time on page, bounce rate, social shares, leads) and adapt strategies accordingly.
* Track conversions generated by content (e.g., downloads, sign-ups) and optimize CTAs for increased engagement.
* Monitor follower/subscriber growth across our platforms attributable to content marketing efforts.
* Maintain a diverse content portfolio, including articles, videos, infographics, and more.
* Strive for 100% originality in content creation, ensuring accurate and plagiarism-free writing.
* Monitor and report on key content performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate the impact of content marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
* 3 years of experience as a content writer or a related field.
* Proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging content that drives traffic, leads, and conversions.
* Excellent research and writing skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
* In-depth understanding of SEO principles and content optimization best practices.
* Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
* A passion for learning and staying current with digital marketing trends.
