Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch our products/services.
* Follow up with prospects who have shown interest in our services.
* Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and effectively.
* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
* Maintain a record of interactions and ensure accurate and timely data entry into the Google Sheet.
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
* Handle customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.
* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the team.
Skills & Qualifications:
* 0-2 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales (Experience in Digital Marketing /Web Development Company is a plus).
* Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English both.
* Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Basic knowledge of Google Sheet and MS Office.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets.
