We are looking for a dynamic and driven Media Telemarketing Executive to promote media services and advertising opportunities over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various media platforms (TV, radio, digital, print) and excel in communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, presenting media packages, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Outbound Calls: Contact businesses or individuals by telephone to promote and sell media services, including TV ads, radio spots, digital advertising, and print space.
* Lead Generation: Research and identify new potential clients, generate leads, and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
* Sales Pitch: Develop a deep understanding of the media services offered to deliver effective and compelling sales pitches.
* Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
* Customer Needs Assessment: Identify customer requirements and offer the right advertising solutions, tailored to their needs and budget.
* Sales Negotiation: Negotiate prices, terms, and packages to secure business deals.
* Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups on potential leads and ensure proper closure of sales opportunities.
* Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and feedback in CRM systems.
* Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is a plus.
* Experience: Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the media or advertising industry.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and listening skills.
* Sales Acumen: Ability to identify customer needs and deliver compelling sales pitches.
* Persistence: Strong ability to handle rejection and continue working toward sales goals.
* Time Management: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Customer-Focused: Ability to build rapport with clients and address concerns professionally.
