Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation:
* Contact potential clients to inform them about ERP system solutions and digital marketing services.
* Use tele-calling to gather leads from databases, referrals, and online platforms.
* Product Knowledge:
* Understand and communicate the benefits of ERP systems and digital marketing services.
* Keep updated on new developments in ERP technology and the company\'s digital marketing strategies.
* Sales Pitch:
* Deliver tailored sales presentations to clients over the phone.
* Emphasize the features and advantages of ERP software that could enhance a company's operations.
* Highlight how digital marketing services can drive traffic, boost brand awareness, and increase sales.
* Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
* Address client questions, concerns, and objections in a professional manner.
* Target Achievement:
* Achieve sales targets by closing deals with clients and upselling additional services like ERP maintenance and digital marketing campaigns.
* Follow-Up:
* Regularly follow up on leads and maintain a record of interactions in the CRM system.
* Collaboration:
* Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to align sales strategies with ERP implementation and digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role, preferably in IT services.
* Familiarity with ERP systems, software sales, and digital marketing concepts.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
* Results-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
