High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in woodworking is a plus. Proven experience in woodworking or manufacturing wood products preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery. Strong attention to detail and quality control.
