Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Content Writer & Marketing professional to join our team. This role involves working closely with the CEO to assist in content creation, marketing activities, planning meeting schedules, and handling the CEO's mailbox, primarily during the USA shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in content writing, digital marketing, and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the CEO in developing and implementing content strategies.
* Create engaging and high-quality content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, website, and newsletters.
* Conduct research on industry-related topics to generate new ideas and content.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
* Monitor and analyze the performance of content and marketing initiatives.
* Support the CEO in administrative tasks related to content and marketing.
* Plan and manage the CEO's meeting schedules, ensuring efficient time management.
* Handle the CEO's mailbox, including responding to emails on behalf of the CEO and prioritizing important communications.
* Stay updated with the latest trends in content writing and digital marketing.
* Ensure all content is aligned with the company\'s brand voice and objectives.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong understanding of content writing principles and techniques.
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
* Flexibility to work in the USA shift (7PM-4AM, Mon-Fri)
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
* Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
