Position: Marketing Manager Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Preferred Industry: Automobile/Consumer Durable/FMCG Sector Industry Only

Experience: 5-6 years experience in marketing / advertising / events ( preferably with auto / consumer durable / FMCG sector)

Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy Development:

* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with the dealership's goals and objectives.
* Conduct market research to identify target customer segments, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
* Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Brand Management:

* Develop brand positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
* Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials and campaigns.
* Maintain and enhance the dealership's brand image across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and in-store displays.

Digital Marketing:

* Manage the dealership's online presence, including website, social media channels, and online advertising campaigns.
* Optimize the dealership's website for search engines (SEO) to drive organic traffic.
* Develop and execute social media strategies to engage with customers and build a loyal online community.
* Oversee email marketing campaigns, including the creation of newsletters, promotional offers, and customer follow-ups.

Traditional Marketing:

* Plan and execute traditional marketing initiatives, such as print advertising, radio spots, and direct mail campaigns.
* Organize and manage events, such as product launches, test drive events, and community outreach programs.
* Develop and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and banners.

Lead Generation and Customer Engagement:

* Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential customers to the dealership.
* Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
* Manage customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track customer interactions and sales pipelines.

Sales Collaboration:

* Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Provide the sales team with marketing collateral and support materials to aid in the sales process.
* Analyze sales data to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Performance analysis and reporting:

* Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools.
* Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and ROI for senior management.
* Adjust marketing strategies based on data insights to optimize performance.

Team Leadership:

* Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
* Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
* Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

* Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
* Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Environment:

* This role typically operates in a dealership office environment with occasional travel to attend events, meet with vendors, or visit partner locations.
* The position may require working on weekends or evenings, especially during major sales events or product launches.
