* Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance the brand presence and drive revenue growth for Commerce Pundit\'s clients.
* Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
* Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to drive customer acquisition and retention.
* Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and adjust marketing strategies to meet changing market demands and client needs.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between digital marketing initiatives and business development, sales, and product development strategies.
* Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve targeted business objectives.
* Implement performance metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
* Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and proactively incorporate innovative ideas to maintain Commerce Pundit\'s competitive edge in the industry.
### Requirements Qualifications:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.
* 14+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the eCommerce industry.
* Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that have driven significant business growth for eCommerce brands.
* In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics, with expertise in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious marketing goals.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
