- Manage and administer all Zoho One applications, ensuring optimal functionality and integration.
- Provide training and support to team members on Zoho applications.
2. \\*Integration:\\*
- Develop and implement integration strategies between Zoho One applications and other third-party tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure seamless data flow.
3. \\*Marketing Automation:\\*
- Design and execute marketing automation campaigns using Zoho Marketing Automation tools.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
4. \\*Data Management:\\*
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all Zoho applications.
- Utilize Zoho Analytics for reporting and insights to drive business decisions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to align strategies and objectives.
